My hot water heater was damaged as a result of my cellar taking on about a foot of water courtesy of Hurricane Milton. (Yes, cellars do exist in St. Pete, FL!) It is very important to me to support local businesses so I Google'd "plumbers in St. Pete." Flow Pros was able to send a technician that afternoon. My technician, Brad, gave me a quote when he came out to assess the damage. He answered all of my questions regarding the device, installation, pricing options for the different tank sizes ... so many questions I had! He was patient and professional the entire time. The best part: He was able to schedule me the following morning for installation! Albeit the entire "transaction" was less than 24 hours, Brad kept me updated on arrival time and parts in the supply shop ... exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Flow Pros Plumbing. And, if you get to request a specific technician, request Brad. FIVE STARS!

This is the hardest working crew I’ve ever seen, these guys are flooded with integrity and motivation to do a great job. Very conscientious, very aware of job obstacles, expectations and restrictions. They went out of their way to make sure they didn’t damage any roots attached to my 60 foot oak tree in the front yard, thank you so much Allen and friends. Brad is very honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and the hardest worker I’ve ever had in my home. He worked hard for hours to resolve our leak and kept me informed all along the way. Brad made a very stressful situation easy on me with his pleasant personality. Great experience working with flow pros. Joe helped guide me through the process of my initial estimate and plan. He was very hospitable and informative. Actually help me save a good bit of money and time. Misha and Paul, who came out to do the job, were extremely professional and hard-working and knowledgeable. Felt completely comfortable leaving them to it. I saw the other reviews and I got at least a dozen quotes. Flo Pros were the best price and the best customer service.. Highly recommend!

Flow Pro sent out Misha to help us hook up our gas range, ice maker. What a great job he did. Took his time and he really did a great job for us. He went above and beyond for us and we really really appreciate the great job and professionalism. Will definitely use this company again. Great everything!

Our dishwasher was building up with water so we called Flow Pros to check for any leaks. Aspen was the technician, and he said the plumbing looked fine and the water was coming from a broken line in the dishwasher. He further advised that it was not worth replacing, since it was an old dishwasher. He spent about a half hour at no charge, ensuring there were no leaks. This is the second time we used Flow Pros and their professionalism, punctuality, communication, quality of work and honesty is second to none. I highly recommend Flow Pros and ask for Aspen (although I'm sure all of their technicians are highly qualified).
